Description:
A tall, lanky human male. He has pale, white skin and always wears a black sweater and jeans. Depending on which of his two weapon sets he is using, he wears one of two coats. He wears an all black trenchcoat while wielding his two Murasame swords. His fusion cannon is strapped to his back and can fold over his left arm. While wielding his Gunblade, he wears a brown suede jacket. He has a portable CD player in the left pocket in both coats. Around his neck is a small golden chain that reaches down to about the middle of his chest. Hanging from the chain is a small pewter dragon holding a crystal of pure quartz. On his back is a red shield stylized with ruby flame designs. The shield can absorb and nulify the effects of Fire Elemental attacks.
Weaponry:
All told, Techno has only seven weapons. However, his immense knowledge of magic may make this seem otherwise.

Fusion Cannon - When undeployed, this looks like a large purple disk, as the cannon collapses on itself for storage. When Deployed, it reaches all the way across his arm, approximately two feet total. The weapon fires a beam of purple-colored energy which, while immensely powerfull, is extremely cumbersome, and therefore, rarely used. There is a hatch on the side that, when opened, reveals two crystal-shaped openings. A shard of magecite can be placed into the alcove allowing the beam to gain the qualities of the inserted shard while it remains inside. The cannon weigs three tons, but, as it was partially constructed using technomagics, while Techno holds it, the cannon is as light as a feather. There are four contact points on the cannon, corresponding to four metal bands on Techno's arm. The cannon cannot be fired unless all four are connected. The cannon also has a somewhat limited secondary mode as a jetpack of sorts, providing up to 15 seconds of thrust, then it must recharge for five minutes.

Twin Murasame Swords - These are stored in two sheaths on his back, arranged in a "X." The swords are each about six feet in length with a monomolecular edge. They can be combined at the handles to form a sword-staff.

Plasma Beam Cannon - This is permanently affixed to the left arm of Techno's jacket, and cannot be removed. It fires a lancing pale yellow laser. This weapon lacks the Magecite ports that the Fusion Cannon has.

Gunblade "Hellbane" - This model of the Gunblade was crafted by Techno himself, basing it off the "Lionheart" model. Where "Lionheart" has Griever's emblem, "Hellbane" has a stylized gryphon. Instead of having a blue laserblade, "Hellbane's" laserblade is a translucent white. It also has a somewhat smaller trigger and handle, to better fit Techno's hand.

Rail Pistols - Techno has two of these, each are attached to mechanical "waldo" arms. These "waldo" arms are, in turn, fused to his back and respond to his every command. They allow hin to quickly draw the guns through his sleeves, and they can deploy through two holes in the back of his coat/jacket (cleverly disguised as normal patches) and can be fired independantly. The rail pistols can be removed from the arms, but they cannot leave Techno's possession. If one of the pistols ever leave a distance of ten feet in any direction, they are immediately teleported back to him. The two pistols fire clips of depleted Uranium-238, specially treated with chemicals to prevent radioactivity. These slugs fire at supersonic speeds due to the magnetic displacement firing mechanism in the barrel. The guns are loaded in clips of ten, and Techno is sure to carry at least fifteen to twenty spare clips at all times.

Skills and Abilities:

Technical aptitude - Pretty self explanatory. Techno is very good with machines, and is quick to learn how to operate them.

Telepathy - Pretty self explanatory, however, Techno cannot lift objects weighing more than 15 lbs. each. He can hold up to 5 objects at any one time.

Magic

Techno has five different kinds of magic at his disposal, White, Black, Time/Space, Summons, and Technomagics. He rarely uses most of his magic, keeping himself to low-level spells unless necessary.

White

Cure 1, 2, 3 - Small, moderate, large healing magic. More effective in healing magical injuries, not physical. Acts as a Holy Elemental attack when used on Undead.

Holy - Three spheres of pure holy energy encircle an enemy and detonate. Holy Elemental.

Esuna - Remedies most types of magically-induced detriments to continued good health.

Reraise - When cast on a still living entity, should that entity perish within the next 1 to 2 hours, they will be brought back to life. However, the spell has a 50% success rate and the recipient must believe that the spell will work.

Black

Flare - Blue-hot energy pours into the target then explodes outword with immense force. Non-Elemental, ignores special armor.

Merton - A wave of nuclear flame rages over the battlefield, torching everything. Fire Elemental, strikes all.

Ultima - A blue sphere of pure magical energy expands and explodes with immense force. Non-Elemental, ignores special armor.

Time/Space

Meteor - Strong gravitational forces grab several meteors from outer space and bombard the enemy. Non-Elemental.

Haste - Doubles target's speed for approximately 30 minutes.

Quick - Time freezes around caster, allowing two free moves.

Slow - Halves target's speed for approximately 30 minutes.

Stop - Target cannot move or act for a variably ammount of time.

Gravity - Gravitational forces reduce target's strength by 1/4. (Extremely crappy hit rate)

Summon

Alexander - War Mech appears and blasts all enemies with eyelasers and shoulder rockets. Holy Elemental.

Crusader - Avatars of the Goddesses materialize and smite all present with a rediculously powerful Magical/Physical/Energy attack. Non-Elemental, ignores special armor.

Ragnarok - Jewel in sword may transform an enemy into an item. (Crappy hit rate, mainly uses it for the sword.)

Bahamut - Dragon king blasts all enemies with force of a solar flare. Non-Elemental, ingores special armor.

Technomagics

"Command" - Allows caster to "order" anything more technologically advanced than a basic pistol with simple commands.

"Possess" - Allows caster to temporarily leave their mortal body to inhabit any technological device. Great fun with large Mecha.

"Animate" - Allows caster to temporarily give sentience to any device. Preparation time is inversely proportional to the technological level of the device. Effectiveness and duration is directly proportional to the technological level of the device. (I.E.: a Gundam is easier to animate than a toaster.)

Equipment:

CD Player - A protable CD player, complete with headphones. Has fast foward, rewind, track skip, repeat, shuffle and program capability.

Various self-constructed decks forMagic: the Gathering - One never knows when a challenger may appear. If you want the decklists, E-Mail me.

Magecite Shards - Techno carries four of these crystals. They are approximately two inches long and one wide. They have a hexogonal shape and taperto a point at each end. They glow a translucent green and in the center of each one is an opaque red sphere with two spokes spinning out of it, one up and one down. Magecite is the remnants of an Esper when is passes away, and it carries it's essence, allowing the holder to learn powerful magic. The four Techno carry are Crusader, the avatars of the Goddesses of Magic; Alexander, a War Mech forged in the holy fires of Justice; Terrato, the Midgard Serpent; and Bahamut, King of Dragons. Summoning the Esper's spirit takes a varying ammount of time, depending on the shard. Obviously, Crusader would take the longest. When summoned, the Esper appears, performs a devastating attack, then disappears. Techno can, however, keep an Esper spirit in the material world for an indefinate ammount of time, but it requires extreme concentration and while the Esper is in this world, Techno is left very weak, both physically and mentally.

AA-Size Batteries, varying brands. - The CD Player likes to suck down batteries like Pixie Stix.

History:
Unfinished. Call back later.
Personality:

Cheerful, stoic, unpredictable. Techno is more or less the epitome of the oxymoron. He frequently keeps to himself, yet can freely talk about nearly any subject. He is sometimes quick to anger, and at others it seems he has a patience larger than the Marianas Trench. He is quite insane, but his intelligence is drawn from that insanity. He rarely flies off the handle, but when he does, he can easily lay waste to a few cities.

Personal Note:

I first met Techno when I went over to the RPGs side of the AUG forums. My first impression was that he was a sick and twisted individual, which was further strengthened when I saw his creation Genocide. All things being equal I still think he is sic and twisted but I also know he is an intelligent person and a remarkable writer. Over the course of character debates and RPGing I gained a respect for him and I believe he returns my respect to him in kind to me. In due time I hope to have a few stories of his/ours posted so that you may better see his skills and ability.
